Kinsus Interconnect Technology has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, presenting the Company’s actions and annual performance across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions. In response to global climate change, industry transformation, and supply chain resilience challenges, Kinsus continues to integrate sustainability into its core operations while advancing both digital and green transformation to strengthen long-term competitiveness and resilience.

Recognizing the resource-intensive nature of IC substrate manufacturing, Kinsus continues to advance energy conservation, carbon reduction, green electricity procurement, and resource circularity. Key 2025 performance highlights include:
● 5.937 million kWh of electricity saved through energy-saving initiatives
● 2,938.8 tCO₂e in greenhouse gas emissions reduced
● 5.4 million kWh of green electricity procured
● 90.51% resource circularity rate
● Grade B scores in both CDP Climate Change and Water Security assessments

These results demonstrate Kinsus’ continued progress in improving energy efficiency, advancing the low-carbon transition, and strengthening circular economy practices.

Kinsus extends sustainability management throughout its value chain by strengthening supplier ESG management and responsible sourcing practices. In 2025, the completion rate for supplier CSR assessments reached 79.31%, supported by supplier codes of conduct, RBA assessments, and audit mechanisms designed to enhance supply chain sustainability and resilience.

Kinsus also continues to strengthen employee welfare and family support programs. In 2025, 250 employees received child education subsidies, reflecting the Company’s commitment to supporting employees and their families.

In addition, Kinsus continues to strengthen information security governance and maintains certification to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, reinforcing information security management and operational resilience.

Looking ahead, Kinsus will continue to enhance the transparency of sustainability disclosures and deepen its efforts in climate governance, energy transition, responsible supply chain management, and talent development.
