Integrity Management
Kinsus values the integrity and honesty of its employees. To uphold these principles, the Company has established various policies and procedures, including the “Principles of Ethics,” “Professional Principles of Conduct,” and “Integrity Management Procedures.” The “Principles of Ethics” is signed by the Chairman of the Board and publicly communicated through the Company’s official website and internal postings to convey the Company’s commitment to integrity to both internal and external stakeholders. The Company provides all employees with education and training on corporate social responsibility and ethics-related topics. In addition, all new employees are required to sign the “Commitment to Integrity, Honesty, and Confidentiality” upon joining the Company.
Integrity management training covers topics including the prohibition of improper benefits, disclosure of information, intellectual property rights, fair business practices, advertising and competition, identity protection and non-retaliation, responsible sourcing of minerals, and privacy. Total training hours amounted to 352 hours.
New employees: A total of 116 training sessions were conducted, with 1,520 participants in 2025.
Current employees: Training was conducted through awareness materials, reaching approximately 6,848 employees in 2025.
All business partners are also expected to comply with the “Principles of Ethics,” “Professional Principles of Conduct,” and “Integrity Management Procedures,” which set forth the highest standards of integrity and support the implementation of the Company’s corporate culture and business philosophy of integrity management. To strengthen the management of integrity-related practices, the Human Resources Department is responsible for formulating integrity management policies and preventive measures and overseeing their implementation. The implementation status of integrity management was reported to the Board of Directors on December 22, 2025.
