Supplier Code of Conduct

Kinsus Interconnect Technology Corp. is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and has established its Supplier Code of Conduct based on the standards of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). This Code serves as the foundation of Kinsus' supply chain management and reflects the Company's core values and expectations for suppliers.

The Code encompasses requirements related to labor practices, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and management systems, ensuring that suppliers provide safe working conditions, treat employees with dignity and respect, operate in an environmentally responsible manner, and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Kinsus expects its suppliers to proactively identify and minimize risks associated with environmental protection, human rights and labor practices, business ethics, labor standards, and potential operational disruptions arising from labor disputes or strikes. Through responsible business practices, Kinsus seeks to build sustainable, mutually beneficial, and long-term partnerships with its suppliers.

As a prerequisite for collaboration, Kinsus requires all supplier partners to adhere to the RBA Code of Conduct and sign the Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Code of Conduct Declaration, committing that all business activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
