Kinsus Technology Interconnect Corp. strictly prohibits any form of inhumane treatment of employees,
including sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, and verbal
abuse. If employees have concerns about company policies or managerial conduct, they may submit
a complaint either in writing or verbally. The Human Resources Department will handle such cases in
accordance with the “Employee Reporting and Complaint Handling Procedures.”
Employee Satisfaction Survey
We respect and value the voices of our employees and conduct satisfaction surveys to
understand their needs and continuously improve workplace facilities and management
practices. In 2025, the Facility Engineering Department conducted a cafeteria satisfaction
survey, which was made available in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese to facilitate
participation by employees of different nationalities and demonstrate the Company’s
commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion. The survey focused on three key areas:
service attitude, cleanliness and hygiene, and meal quality. The survey was open for
approximately three days and received 402 valid responses, achieving a response rate
of 36.4%. Based on employee feedback and lower-scoring survey items, the Company
implemented improvement measures to foster a more enjoyable and employee-friendly
workplace environment.
Kinsus has set a target of achieving an average satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5 in 2026.
Personal Data Protection
Kinsus places great importance on the protection of personal data and complies with the requirements of
the Personal Data Protection Act. The Company has established the Personal Data Security Maintenance
Management Procedures to safeguard personal privacy and information security through rigorous
management practices. In addition, a data governance framework has been implemented, incorporating
data classification management, access control mechanisms, and data owner review procedures to ensure
that data access and sharing are properly governed and protected. These requirements apply to all
operating sites, customers, and suppliers of the Company. The collection, processing, use, and protection
of personal data involved in the Company’s operations are conducted in accordance with applicable
laws and regulations and are limited to the purposes permitted under such regulations. Personal data
will not be disclosed, leased, or otherwise provided to third parties in any form. The Company strictly
implements its Personal Data Security Maintenance Management Procedures to ensure compliance.
To effectively manage privacy-related risks, the Company has established a Personal Data Protection
Task Force responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance with the Personal Data Security
Maintenance Management Procedures.
Kinsus adopts a zero-tolerance approach toward personal data incidents. In the event of a personal data
breach, the responsible departments, including Information Security, Legal Affairs, and Human Resources,
will investigate and handle the incident in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the
Company’s incident reporting and response procedures, and other relevant regulations. Any individual
found to have violated confidentiality obligations will be subject to applicable legal liabilities and
disciplinary actions under the Company’s internal regulations, including but not limited to termination
of employment or business relationships.
