The Website and its Content are copyrighted by Kinsus. Any unauthorized reproduction, display, or other use of the Content of the Website is prohibited by law. You agree not to use the Content of the Website for any purpose that violates these Terms of Use. You acknowledge that you have been advised by Kinsus that the Content of the Website is protected in Taiwan and internationally by various laws, including, but not limited to, copyright laws and treaty provisions, trademark laws, patent laws, and other laws governing proprietary rights (collectively, the “Rights”). In addition to Kinsus’ rights in individual elements of the Content, Kinsus owns the copyright in the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the Content. Please do not transmit any confidential or proprietary information to Kinsus through the Website. Any information you transmit to Kinsus through the Website will be considered non-confidential (“Non-Confidential Information”). By transmitting any Non-Confidential Information, you hereby grant Kinsus an unrestricted, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute such Non-Confidential Information. You further agree that Kinsus is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you submit to Kinsus without compensation to you or any other person who submits such Non-Confidential Information.
