Kinsus Advances ESG Social Inclusion by Supporting the Gaoqing Road Improvement Project in Partnership with Taoyuan City Government

Kinsus Interconnect Technology continues to advance its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments through active engagement with local communities. As part of the “Gaoqing Road Bottleneck Improvement Project” in the Yangmei Youth Industrial Expansion Area, Kinsus contributed NT$5.5 million to support land acquisition and local transportation improvements. Through this public-private partnership with the Taoyuan City Government, the initiative helps strengthen local infrastructure and create a safer, more convenient transportation environment for residents, employees, and businesses in the area.

 

The bottleneck section of Gaoqing Road had remained unresolved for more than 20 years due to land acquisition challenges, resulting in vehicle detours and traffic congestion during peak commuting hours. Following coordination by the Taoyuan City Government and support from local enterprises, including Kinsus and Walsin Lihwa, the newly constructed road officially opened to traffic on August 25, 2026. Measuring approximately 72 meters in length and 15 meters in width, the new section is expected to improve traffic flow, transportation efficiency, and connectivity within the industrial area.
