Kinsus Achieves Strong Results at the TPCA Health Cup Badminton Tournament, Strengthening Team Cohesion

Supporting a healthy workplace and industry engagement, Kinsus teams secured third and fifth place, demonstrating teamwork and corporate vitality.

To encourage employees to develop healthy lifestyle habits and promote interaction and exchange across the PCB industry, Kinsus participated in the 2026 TPCA Health Cup Badminton Tournament, organized by the Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA). A total of 28 teams and 207 players from across the PCB industry value chain competed in the tournament. Amid intense competition, the Kinsus teams delivered outstanding performances, securing third and fifth place, respectively.

 

This year’s tournament brought together 25 publicly listed technology companies and featured the participation of Taiwanese national badminton player Hsu Ya-ching. More than a competitive sporting event, the tournament provided a platform for industry engagement and demonstrated the shared commitment of participating companies to promoting a healthy workplace culture.

 

Kinsus has long encouraged employees to cultivate healthy lifestyles through participation in employee clubs and sports activities. The badminton club continues to attract employees from different departments. Through regular training sessions, friendly matches, and industry networking events, members have strengthened cross-functional collaboration and team chemistry. During this tournament, the players demonstrated determination, mutual support, and a strong competitive spirit, ultimately securing outstanding results for the Company.

 

On the day of the event, Kinsus’ Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer was also interviewed by the organizer and shared the Company’s approach to promoting a healthy workplace and supporting a culture of employee participation in sports. Through diverse employee clubs and health promotion activities, Kinsus seeks to create a work environment characterized by well-being, cohesion, and sustainable competitiveness.

 

Moving forward, Kinsus will continue to support employees’ participation in a wide range of sports and club activities. By promoting health, interaction, and collaboration, the Company aims to strengthen team cohesion and put the principles of corporate sustainability into practice. Kinsus will also continue to support promotional initiatives led by the Sports for All Agency, Ministry of Sports.
